Precomm stands for Pre-commissioned Officers—those age 18-24 who are either a college student in ROTC, student at a Senior Military College, or cadet/midshipmen at an Academy. This audience is considered "Gen Z," and this large campaign was developed to use Gen Z language to communicate what USAA has to offer.

This campaign consisted of more than 150+ assets ranging from print, web, digital, and OOH. The main products were Academy Property Protection, Senior Military College Personal Protection, Renters Insurance, and the USAA Career Starter Loan.

The result of this campaign resulted in a 6.5% increase in Academy Starter Loans, a 5% increase in Academy Personal Property Policies, and a 57% increase in ROTC Career Starter Loans.
